The University of Tennessee Foundation needed a cost-effective way to engage about 380,000 alumni across the state and around the world without exceeding a tight budget. In-person events in every city weren’t financially feasible, so the Foundation turned to Brazen’s virtual event platform to help build relationships and reach alumni more broadly.
Brazen enabled the University of Tennessee Foundation to launch successful virtual career services events, alumni workshops, and networking sessions that attracted attendees from all over the world. The platform also provided geographic engagement data to help the team decide where in-person events made the most sense, and during the pandemic it allowed them to shift events online instead of canceling them. As a result, the Foundation expanded its event reach, stayed within budget, and continued connecting with alumni through niche virtual programming.
