The platform's features, including recruitment chatbots, real-time analytics, and scheduled chats, streamlined the hiring process for both recruiters and principals. The results were highly successful, with HCS achieving exceptional attendance rates of 77% and 81% for their events, far exceeding their initial 50% goal.
