NCR Corporation, a global leader in consumer transaction technologies, needed a scalable identity solution to let its thousands of customers administer access and allow users to self-manage passwords across customer-facing applications. NCR engaged Bravura Security to deploy the Hitachi ID Identity and Access Management Suite to replace its home-grown systems and address identity synchronization, auto-provisioning, access certification and security policy enforcement for external users.

Bravura Security implemented the Hitachi ID suite to delegate administration to customer-designated admins, enable user password self-service with tenant isolation, and integrate complex AD environments at scale. The deployment now manages 100% of NCR customers’ identities, entitlements and passwords, reduced IT service call volume by 10%, and freed NCR’s IT teams to focus on higher‑value customer work.
