Case Study: Cessna achieves 100% employee adoption and slashes help-desk password resets with Bravura Security

A Bravura Security Case Study

Preview of the Cessna Case Study

Cessna Aircraft Company Uses Hitachi ID Password Manager To Enable Self-Service Password Reset

Cessna Aircraft Company, supporting about 7,500 employees across five major corporate applications, was overwhelmed by password reset requests and needed a way to reduce help-desk calls and enable self-service. Cessna engaged Bravura Security to implement a password management solution, deploying Hitachi ID Password Manager to simplify password resets and improve the employee experience.

Bravura Security rapidly deployed Hitachi ID Password Manager (using features like auto-discovery and transparent synchronization) and ran an accelerated enrollment program with communications support from Cessna’s corporate teams. The result: 100% of Cessna’s 7,500 users were enrolled in two months (about 230 new sign-ups per day), help-desk password-reset volume fell, employee satisfaction improved, and parent company Textron Enterprises adopted the solution across other divisions (initially reaching 21,030 users).
