Bravon implemented a platform that centralized content sharing and used gamification to reward employees for their participation and the engagement their posts received. This solution led to highly successful results for CTG, including 80% of employees sharing at least one post and significant increases in post reach (97%), social share of voice (150%), and applause rate (71%).
