Intel reduces model development time with Bravent using AI-based computer vision

Intel, a major technology manufacturer, faced a challenge in optimizing its production channels and improving quality control processes to eliminate human error. To address this, the vendor Bravent implemented an AI-based computer vision solution using the Intel Geti Platform and OpenVINO Toolkit.

Bravent replicated the client's assembly cell in its lab to develop object detection, image classification, and semantic segmentation models. This approach significantly reduced the time required for image labeling and model training. The solution automated manual, repetitive tasks, accelerated model optimization, and allowed Bravent to deliver a more efficient and faster result for the client.
