BraveGen partnered with Bayleys to address the challenge of improving the energy performance and NABERSNZ ratings across a large, seven-building commercial property portfolio known as Harbour Grounds. The property managers needed to balance tenant comfort with the dynamic demands of building performance for their 88,000 sqm of office space.

BraveGen implemented its cloud analytics platform and consulting services, installing remote monitoring equipment to gather detailed data on electricity, gas, and water usage. This solution enabled data-driven decisions that optimized building systems. The results included a 32% reduction in energy consumption, $3 million in tenant operating cost savings, and 2,700 tonnes of carbon emissions avoided, while significantly improving NABERSNZ ratings across the portfolio.
