Transitions Optical, maker of adaptive Transitions lenses, promotes its consumer-facing brand indirectly through a network of eight global lens manufacturers rather than selling direct. After its acquisition by Essilor and the removal of a traditional sales force, the company faced a challenge: how to train partners, distribute marketing collateral consistently, and prevent partners from creating off-brand materials—without relying on a roaming sales team.
Brandworkz built the Transitions Hub, an external-facing Brand Asset Management platform with co-branded partner areas, digital asset management, web-to-publish, brand guidelines, logo finder and reporting. The Hub lets manufacturers self-serve approved, co-branded marketing and training materials, cutting errors and manual artwork changes while improving efficiency; it hosts 7,000 assets, supports 800 users, delivers about 15,000 downloads and 43,000 page views per year, and has driven more consistent global brand representation and better insight into partner usage.
