Mitsubishi Motors UK, the importer and distributor for Mitsubishi in the UK with 110 dealerships, struggled to maintain brand consistency across a large dealer network because marketing assets were scattered across hard drives, slides and archives. This fragmentation made it hard for dealers to find approved materials and led to frequent use of incorrect fonts, images and colours.
Implementing the Brandworkz Marketing Portal centralized brand guidelines, assets and production workflows for dealers, internal teams and agencies, allowing dealers to create and order artwork and track approvals in real time while giving the central team oversight of all marketing activity. The result was increased brand compliance, better insight into asset usage, faster production and freed creative resources to focus on higher‑value work.
