Case Study: Cambridge University Press achieves streamlined global sales enablement with Brandworkz

A Brandworkz Case Study

Preview of the Cambridge University Press Case Study

Cambridge University Press - Customer Case Study

Cambridge University Press’s English Language Teaching division, Cambridge English, needed a better way to enable its widespread sales teams to access up-to-date, on-brand materials. With many overseas staff and offices, salespeople were reliant on a central marketing team—causing delays and prompting individuals to create their own ad‑hoc collateral that risked inconsistency.

Brandworkz powers the Cambridge University Press Marketing Portal, centralising logos, imagery, videos, sales kits, product sheets and brand guidelines with Web-to-Publish templates and an approval workflow for localised content. The result: faster, global access to approved assets, tighter brand control and streamlined approvals — the hub now supports 650 users, 6,200 assets, ~13,000 yearly downloads and about 32,000 page views a year.
