A BrandStencil Case Study
Time to Change, a social movement run by charities Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, faced the challenge of enabling its widespread network of supporters to create custom campaign materials while maintaining strict brand consistency. They needed a solution to reduce the volume of printed materials they distributed and minimize the time their central team spent on customization and approvals. They partnered with BrandStencil to implement an online brand management tool.
BrandStencil provided a public platform with customizable templates for materials like posters and bunting, allowing supporters to tailor resources for local use. This solution gave Time to Change control over branding while empowering its users. The results were impressive, with over 600 resources created from just six templates in the first six months, saving an estimated 500 hours of time for the central team. BrandStencil's tool was met with great enthusiasm from supporters.
