The RSPB needed an online platform for its staff and volunteers to create personalized, on-brand marketing materials. Their challenge was to move away from an intranet-bound system to a more accessible internet-based solution that was easy to use, required minimal training, and would ensure strict brand consistency following a major rebrand. They partnered with BrandStencil to find a solution.
BrandStencil provided a charity brand management platform featuring a suite of editable templates for materials like leaflets and posters. The solution integrated with the RSPB's intranet via Single Sign-On for easy access. This implementation was highly successful, resulting in over 2,500 users creating 12,400 materials, which represented a potential annual saving of £100,000 and 7,200 hours for the organization.
