A single destination for branded material for Leonard Cheshire

Leonard Cheshire, a UK-based disability charity, faced challenges in maintaining brand consistency across its vast network of staff and volunteers who lacked design skills. As part of a rebrand, they needed a centralized and easy-to-use system for creating on-brand marketing materials and integrating with their existing digital asset management, Asset Bank. They turned to BrandStencil for a solution using its artwork automation platform.

BrandStencil implemented an end-to-end system featuring single sign-on, a custom "Click and Create" theme, and integrations with Asset Bank and their print supplier. This allowed users to easily create and order compliant materials. The results were significant, with hundreds of items created in the first three months. BrandStencil's solution saved an estimated 19 work weeks per year in marketing team resources and achieved instant brand engagement across the organization.
