The solution provided seamless integration with the British Red Cross's intranet, DAM system (ResourceSpace), and accounting software (Agresso), enabling automatic PO number generation and compliant image selection. By creating a central hub for ordering print and ready-made materials and providing onboarding videos, BrandStencil empowered employees and volunteers with self-service capabilities, reducing manual tasks and ensuring all created materials were professionally produced and consistently on-brand.
