STADA, an international pharmaceutical group, faced inconsistent and incomplete product ID cards on many online retailers while preparing for remote medicine sales. To ensure fast, reliable data exchange with marketplaces and automate monitoring across numerous platforms, STADA implemented Brandquad’s PIM system and Brandquad analytics module.
Brandquad consolidated STADA’s product data into a single PIM with public catalogues and API feeds, and used analytics (with embedded AI) to reconcile online listings, monitor prices and promotions, and alert the company to errors. As a result of Brandquad’s solution, data-collection time fell tenfold (from 3–5 days to ~4 hours), website traffic rose 60%, call-centre inquiries dropped by half, 20–30 users now access the catalogue daily, and STADA avoided hiring 1–2 additional staff.
