A Brandquad Case Study
De'Longhi, the Italian domestic appliance manufacturer, faced costly and inconsistent product content management across 30 online sales channels after abandoning an expensive international solution. Product data had been scattered across e-commerce managers’ computers and Google Drive, requiring manual adaptation for each retailer and driving monthly data-management costs up to $30,000. The company needed a single, timely database, consistent image and description control, and automatic transfer of product data to Russian retailers, so it selected Brandquad as its PIM vendor.
Brandquad implemented a custom PIM electronic catalog with an AI-based analytics module, consolidating product attributes from 300 to 50 and centralizing images, certificates, logistics data and media. The system provides alerts for outdated retailer content, automates data export (8 stores pull updates automatically, 20 receive formatted exports), and cut online listing time by 4×. As a result, Brandquad’s PIM reduced manual work and errors and lowered monthly content-management costs tenfold—from $30,000 to $3,000.
