Essity, a leading manufacturer of hygienic products, needed to boost marketing performance and e-commerce sales for its Zewa brand in Russia by making product availability clear, reducing broken links, and shortening customers’ path to purchase. To solve this, Essity partnered with Brandquad and added the Brandquad smart Buy Button to the Zewa website.
Brandquad implemented the smart Buy Button in about 7 days, enabling automatic data exchange with Russian retailers to show live availability, find and replace changed product links, and send shoppers directly to retailer pages. The solution cut the time to add new points of sale from 5 to 2 days for some retailers, removed at least 100 manual link updates per month, increased online shelf coverage and sales opportunities, and provided click and redirect analytics to measure and improve conversion.
