Case Study: May (tea & coffee producer) achieves harmonized product data and listings across 80 online retailers with Brandquad

A Brandquad Case Study

Preview of the May Case Study

How May established cooperation with online retailers

May, a Russian tea and coffee producer and supplier, needed to scale into online sales across 80 channels but lacked a centralized catalogue and control over retailer product cards — many sites used outdated or poor‑quality images and inconsistent descriptions for May’s roughly 300 SKUs. To address this, May chose Brandquad and its PIM system along with Brandquad’s e-commerce intelligence/analytics tool.

Brandquad implemented a PIM to centralize and adapt product data to each retailer’s requirements (for example special package images for Utkonos) and connected its e-commerce intelligence tool to automatically verify retailer images against May’s standards, monitor stock, prices and promotions, and send alerts for noncompliance. As a result, May harmonized product information across 80 online channels, improved retailer compliance and catalogue quality, and grew online sales to 1.6% of total sales.
