Hasbro’s e-commerce team struggled with fragmented product information spread across platforms, departments and agencies, inconsistent product data across retail partners, and slow manual syndication that delayed listings. On the Russian market they faced an acute problem: preparing content for major toy retailer Detski Mir required following a complex template and high-quality standards, taking at least two weeks per batch of SKUs. Brandquad was engaged to address these issues.

Brandquad implemented a centralized product information management and automated data syndication solution that consolidated Hasbro’s scattered data, enforced ongoing data upkeep, and removed manual steps in retailer provisioning. As a result, Brandquad streamlined content preparation and syndication to e-retailers (including Detski Mir), improving consistency of product information and accelerating time-to-shelf for Hasbro’s catalog (covering 100 products and 50 users in the Russian scope).
