Despite substantial prior investments, the carrier’s dealers were virtually invisible to consumers searching online for local telecommunications products and services, so BrandMuscle was brought in to diagnose and fix the visibility problem.
BrandMuscle conducted an in-depth assessment, identified issues like duplicate content and slow page speed, and launched the carrier’s new dealer sites on its LocationBuilder™ platform—rolling out unique local pages for each of the carrier’s 2,288 store locations and onboarding 53 dealers. BrandMuscle’s work produced a 300% increase in conversions, a 700% increase in Google-referred traffic, and nearly 53,400 conversions since launch, far exceeding expected ROI.
