Case Study: Bayer achieves global brand consistency and rapid, compliant asset access with BrandMaker Digital Asset Manager

A BrandMaker Case Study

Preview of the Bayer Case Study

The Bayer Group relies on BrandMaker Digital Asset Manager for global brand management

Bayer, a global life‑sciences company with about 104,000 employees, faced the challenge of enforcing a consistent, compliant brand across numerous operating groups, regions and highly regulated markets. The company needed a central, easy-to-access platform to distribute brand assets, guidelines and templates to thousands of internal users and external partners while improving speed and efficiency in global communications.

Bayer deployed BrandMaker’s Digital Asset Manager and Reporting Center to build the Bayer Identity Net — a single‑sign‑on global brand portal. The platform now serves 50–80k active users (≈2,500 external) across 70–80 countries, stores ~50,000 assets (including ~13,000 photos), and averages ~70k logins, 60k downloads and up to 400 GB of data transfer per month, delivering faster campaign execution, significant cost and time savings, and improved brand compliance worldwide.
