Pacific Dental Services - Customer Case Study

Pacific Dental Services (PDS) is a dental support organization serving more than 600 offices nationwide, providing IT, HR, accounting and marketing services so dentists can focus on patient care. Rapid growth (from ~300 to 600+ offices) strained resources: a small design team and an ad‑hoc ticketing system led to long turnaround times and local offices creating off‑brand materials, creating scalability and brand consistency problems.

PDS launched a centralized Marketing Hub on the BrandMaker platform — a branded, self‑service portal with templates, digital asset management, ordering and InDesign integration — enabling office managers to customize and order materials in about 60 seconds. In three years the hub accumulated thousands of assets and hundreds of templates, dramatically reduced turnaround, enforced brand standards, scaled marketing support across national and regional teams, and spawned a Recruiting Hub to extend the same benefits to HR.
