BRITA, a global manufacturer of drinking water filtration systems present in 65 countries with over 2,000 employees, faced rapidly growing marketing needs that outgrew its existing image archive (BOA). The company struggled with proliferating assets, complex packaging variants, time-consuming global asset distribution (formerly via CD), and frequent logo/format mistakes that overloaded the central marketing team.
BRITA implemented BrandMaker’s Digital Asset Management, Work & Resource Management and Brand Management (including a Logo Selector) to centralize assets, automate packaging-to-print workflows, and guide users to the correct brand files. As a result, the BOA grew from ~1,400 to nearly 58,000 assets, now supports ~580 active users, ~2,400 logins and ~4,000 downloads per month, and enables 800–1,000 print-data jobs a year to be coordinated efficiently by just two people—improving global access, brand conformity and operational efficiency.
