Rodenstock, a Munich‑based leader in ophthalmic optics with about 4,900 employees and operations in 85 countries, needed to simplify and standardize its global marketing: campaign planning, budget control, and consistent brand presence across subsidiaries and distribution partners while increasing transparency and speed.

In 2017 Rodenstock implemented BrandMaker’s Marketing & Campaign Planning, Finance & Budget Management, Digital Asset Management and Brand Management to create a centralized Marketing Portal and Shop. The result: one-stop access to ~12,000 CI‑consistent assets, ~300 users (1,500 logins/month) and ~4,000 downloads/month, improved transparency and structured planning, continuous budget monitoring, faster local adaptation, cost savings and a uniform brand presence across all markets.
