AMAG Group is a family-owned Swiss car importer and dealer with more than 80 locations across three language regions and around 6,500 employees. Working with roughly 500 local dealers and partners, AMAG wanted to strengthen customer focus by improving marketing operations—streamlining the creation and management of advertising materials, simplifying ordering of marketing and merch, clarifying marketing planning, and better managing dealer requests—while capturing local proximity and know-how through digitization and automation.
Together with gateB, AMAG implemented a central marketing portal built around BrandMaker DAM, web-to-publish templates, an online merchandise shop and an integrated marketing planner with workflow management. The portal puts planning and execution in one place, lets dealers personalize ads and mailings in minutes (enabling hundreds of mailings per day), reduces email and document back-and-forth, provides transparent budget and material usage reporting, speeds time-to-market and cuts production costs, and ensures consistent brand compliance across all locations.
