Jabra removes browser injected ads to increase conversions and revenue per session

Jabra, a global brand specializing in intelligent audio solutions, was facing a challenge where browser-injected ads were diverting its shoppers to competitor sites, compromising the on-site experience and impacting sales. The vendor, BrandLock, was engaged to help measure and address this problem using its BrandLock Shield service.

BrandLock implemented a continuous A/B test, splitting traffic between a control group exposed to ads and a protected group using BrandLock Shield to block them. The solution was highly effective, resulting in a 12.4% increase in overall site conversion rate, an 8.1% lift in revenue per session, and a 200% increase in page views per visit, making the service a self-funded solution for Jabra.
