Cartier was facing a challenge with browser-injected ads that were disrupting the luxury shopper journey and redirecting customers away from their site. They partnered with the vendor BrandLock to measure and address the impact of these deceptive ads, which were seamlesslyLock implemented a continuous 12-month A/B test using their Shield product to disable these ads for a protected group of visitors. The results, measured via a single line of code, were significant. Cartier achieved a 10% lift in overall site conversion rate, a 4.5% increase in revenue per session, and a 200% increase in page views per visit, all while using BrandLock's performance-based pricing model.
