Rockwell Tools, a maker of innovative power tools for DIYers and home improvement fans, needed a better way to demonstrate products and engage customers than traditional infomercials and home shopping TV, which don’t allow real-time interaction or feedback.

Using Brandlive for live, interactive web demonstrations, Rockwell showcased products like the Sonicrafter X2 and answered viewer questions on the spot.
