Rockwell Tools, a maker of innovative power tools for DIYers and home improvement fans, needed a better way to demonstrate products and engage customers than traditional infomercials and home shopping TV, which don’t allow real-time interaction or feedback.
Using Brandlive for live, interactive web demonstrations, Rockwell showcased products like the Sonicrafter X2 and answered viewer questions on the spot. The first broadcast drew about 1,110 unique viewers, generated 1,000+ questions and comments, and produced an 11% conversion rate — results that have continued to improve.
