Can‑Am partnered with creative agency Praytell to host a high‑profile virtual panel featuring music icons Joan Jett and SAINt JHN — but the team faced a last‑minute host cancellation, four stakeholder groups to coordinate, a tight timeline and limited rehearsal/budget. With celebrity talent waiting and media attention expected, Praytell needed a reliable, elevated virtual production that would feel as polished as an in‑person event.
Praytell stepped in with a replacement host while leveraging Brandlive’s Greenroom and Events platforms, plus dedicated customer success and on‑air producer support, to deliver seamless backstage coordination, extended training and broadcast‑level production. The result: a flawless live panel that drove media interest and fan engagement — 137 page views, 1,642 on‑demand replays, 67 unique registrations, over a dozen media attendees — and a delighted client planning future Brandlive events.
