NorthPark Center, the Dallas shopping destination known for its annual Santa visits, faced a 2020 challenge when COVID-19 canceled in-person visits and put seasonal fundraising for Children’s Health at risk. With families disappointed and donations needed, the team looked for a way to preserve the holiday experience and support charity.
Using the Brandlive platform, NorthPark created a fully customized virtual North Pole with a live Santa Q&A, multiple themed video pages (stories, puppet theatre, crafting), and integrated donation tools. The event engaged families live and on demand, raised $130,000, recorded 182 custom registrants and 900+ page views, exceeded fundraising goals, and earned praise for its ease of use and festive design.
