Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco moved its September 17, 2020 “Together We Rise” celebration online for the first time to honor staff and donors after a difficult summer. Facing a complex mix of live and pre‑recorded content and no prior virtual‑event experience, the organization needed a high‑quality streaming solution and hands‑on production support to avoid a basic video‑conference feel.

BGCSF partnered with Brandlive for end‑to‑end planning, rehearsals and Greenroom production, blending pre‑recorded pieces and live panels into a seamless broadcast. The event drew 594 unique registrations, generated 2,270+ on‑demand page views and 630+ product clicks, earned TV‑quality praise and strong audience engagement (about 250+ stayed for most of the show, with an estimated 700 viewers that night), and positioned BGCSF to expand virtual features and aim for a $550K fundraising goal at its next event.
