Adidas needed a scalable way to launch new products and train retail sales associates outside Portland and around the country without the cost and logistics of in-person visits. Facing the challenge of conveying technical details and the product story to drive in-store sell-through, the brand sought a virtual solution that felt engaging and interactive.
Brandlive produced live, multimedia seminars—combining video, imagery and real-time interaction with Adidas product teams—reaching 37 retail locations for the Boost and Springblade launches. The broadcasts gave retailers technical education and designer storytelling, improved trainee comprehension and in-store messaging, and delivered audience analytics that helped Adidas reallocate resources—all in a cost-effective format with social interaction that rivals face-to-face training.
