GMB — representing a national property management company with 1,500+ apartment communities — struggled to keep Google My Business listings accurate and brand-compliant. Persistent issues included constant change requests from property managers, new construction not appearing on Maps, unwanted user photos, and general data quality problems. Brandify was engaged to provide centralized listings management on GMB to ensure consistency, up-to-date information, and compliance across all locations.
Brandify launched a full GMB campaign in January 2017 and implemented ongoing monitoring and corrections for more than 1,500 locations. The program drove measurable results: an Anaheim property saw total searches rise 38% year-over-year (5.58M → 7.68M) and overall consumer actions increased 31% YoY; across the campaign there were nearly 1 million calls (a 36% YoY increase) and 51 million searches Jan–Jul 2017 with 63% being discovery searches. Brandify’s management materially improved visibility and customer engagement.
