Under Armour’s Connected Fitness team—responsible for products like the UA HealthBox—faced growing brand-management challenges as a 400+ person team spread across five global offices. Reliant on email, desktop files, and cloud storage, employees wasted time hunting for assets and couldn’t be sure they were using the latest versions, putting launches and press outreach at risk.
The team adopted Brandfolder as a central digital-asset hub, using a private Brandfolder to prepare and share UA HealthBox assets for CES. Centralization and easy versioning improved collaboration and global consistency, helped pre-brief 35 members of the media (generating over 1.5 billion impressions), and supported a launch that earned 20+ CES awards.
