The Houston Texans premium seating team supports more than 150 corporate suite holders at NRG Stadium, providing each suite with a custom welcome package of catering menus, invitations, contracts and invoices. Although these materials were compiled on a website, suite holders frequently emailed documents instead of using the site, leading to misplaced assets, duplicate requests and wasted time for both suite managers and clients.

To fix this, the team implemented Brandfolder as a single, shared URL that houses every suite’s downloadable and printable documents, with role-based access for primary contacts and suite administrators and the ability to invite partners. Centralizing assets in Brandfolder eliminated hundreds of ad-hoc requests, kept materials up to date, removed the need for physical booklets, and streamlined operations so suite holders always find what they need.
