A Brandfolder Case Study
Everlast, a nearly 120-year-old leader in boxing, MMA and fight‑sports apparel, faced a complex global distribution challenge: nearly 100 licensees across six continents and countless U.S. retailers required fast, consistent access to product images, SKUs and campaign assets. Before adopting a DAM, assets lived on an internal server and were shared via Dropbox/WeTransfer, leading to repeated uploads, fragmented communication, manual curation for partners—and a server crash that resulted in lost work.
Everlast implemented Brandfolder as a cloud-based central repository, using segmented Collections for licensees and retailers, single share links, SKU tagging and custom cropping to streamline onboarding, product launches and partner-facing materials. The result: faster, more consistent global launches (including the “Be First” campaign), restored brand integrity, widespread partner adoption and measurable time savings that leadership says have paid for the platform many times over.
