MTA informs 2.5 billion riders a year with Brandemix

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) faced the challenge of empowering New Yorkers with disabilities to utilize its new zero-fare program for Access-A-Ride customers. The MTA needed to overcome barriers of awareness, trust, and confidence in navigating the system. To address this, they partnered with the vendor Brandemix to develop an informational campaign.

Brandemix created a campaign centerpiece video shot across all five boroughs, combining step-by-step guidance with local storytelling to make the program's benefits tangible. This approach resonated with riders, families, and caregivers. The solution included over a dozen integrated videos and complementary printed materials. Brandemix's work successfully turned the transportation benefit into a path to greater freedom for the community.
