EPIC Long Island - Customer Case Study

EPIC Long Island engaged Brandemix to help increase awareness of its services and offerings to a broader audience while developing a new mission and brand strategy that would support growth without alienating its core audience. Brandemix worked across branding and marketing touchpoints, including print, web, and social media, to better connect donors, consumers, and employees with the organization’s information, tools, resources, and employment opportunities.

Brandemix led employee focus groups, interviewed more than 25 board members, executive leaders, and consumer families, and hosted a rapid-cycle branding event to build consensus around the new direction. The result was a new name, vision, identity, and materials that increased employee engagement, client referrals, and donations from a wider audience, while positioning EPIC Long Island as a stronger, more inclusive brand.
