Ragnar Relay, a long-distance relay events company running races in 25 states, faced a scaling challenge: its ambassador program was hard to manage manually (previous managers oversaw 300+ people) and needed ROI tracking, clearer training and a system one person could use to facilitate teams of 100–200+. To solve this, Ragnar Relay adopted the BrandChamp platform to centralize applications, training and accountability.

BrandChamp provided a configurable platform with social-profile review, a four-part training curriculum, mandatory activities, and reporting to spot and dismiss inactive ambassadors. Ragnar introduced BrandChamp in late 2020, launched the application in February 2021 and announced ambassadors in April 2021, enabling a single manager to scale the program, improve authenticity and accountability, and proceed with multiple event launches (March–May) “without a blip regarding sales.”
