NOOMA partnered with Brandbassador to scale its ambassador marketing program and build a stronger, community-led growth engine. The customer’s original Sweat Squad program relied on manual tracking in Facebook groups, Excel, and Google Docs, which was difficult to maintain, delivered little ROI, and did not create a mutually beneficial relationship between NOOMA and its ambassadors.

With Brandbassador’s platform, NOOMA launched a more automated and engaging ambassador program that supported content creation, social buzz, and higher-value partnerships over time. In the first three months, Brandbassador helped NOOMA reach 2.44 million people on social media, generate $6,650.42 in revenue, and grow to 266 brand ambassadors, while lowering customer acquisition costs compared with paid ads.
