Somersby Cider partnered with Brand Spanking to create a beer and cider garden for Laneways 2017 in Auckland’s Albert Park. The challenge was to turn the new festival location into a positive, informative, and memorable experience while reducing common issues like long queues and messy bar areas.

Brand Spanking designed and built the activation, including crate-style furniture, fairy lights, building projections, and interactive games such as table tennis, giant Jenga, and corn hole. The result was a standout space that encouraged guests to linger and enjoy themselves, with the team keeping the area tidy and receiving numerous compliments about how pleasant it was to relax in.
