Realtor.com, a leading online real estate destination with over 50 million monthly visitors and a database of more than 1.7 million homes, wanted to tap into the cultural buzz around Pokémon Go to boost awareness and downloads of its mobile app. The challenge was to quickly create culturally relevant creative that would capture attention on social media and drive app engagement.
Brand Networks produced a fast-turnaround campaign that used playful “catch your dream home” messaging and targeted multiple audience segments, then optimized to top performers. Launched in a week, the campaign reached about 527K unique Facebook users, delivered a $5.24 CPM and a 15% conversion rate, resonated strongly with women 45–54, and met realtor.com’s goals for relevance and mobile growth.
