Brand Networks partnered with Ford to build a cross-device "Built Ford Tough" service campaign that reminded drivers to schedule maintenance and made local Ford dealerships easy to find. The challenge was to create an engaging, device-optimized experience that connected vehicle owners with nearby dealer service options.
The campaign used expanding ad creative with click-to-map technology that highlighted each user’s nearest Ford dealer and provided turn-by-turn directions. Running across desktop, mobile and tablet, the effort produced a 33% lift in overall conversions and drove more customers directly into dealer service bays.
