TOPTEN Mall is a leading Korean fashion marketplace selling multiple in-house brands online and offline. Facing high-value customers on mobile apps but driving traffic to its mobile website, the company needed to convert web visitors into app users, provide a seamless in-app experience via deep linking, and measure cross-platform performance accurately to improve ROI from frequent discount events.

TOPTEN Mall implemented Branch Journeys web-to-app smart banners and Branch’s measurement platform to preserve context across install, deep-link users to the correct in-app pages, and track web and app conversions in one dashboard. As a result, organic app installs rose 4.5x, in-app purchases from organic users grew 2.5x, LTV for Journeys-acquired users was double that of paid channels, and overall sales increased 120% year-over-year (with share price up 85%).
