RentoMojo Increases Customer LTV and Reduces Cross-Channel Misattribution with Branch

RentoMojo is an online furniture rental marketplace operating across major Indian cities. Faced with fragmented attribution across app, mobile web, and desktop, the team couldn’t validate partner-reported data, wasn’t deep linking users into the app to capture down-funnel events, and needed a seamless cross-platform experience to improve customer acquisition costs.

By adopting Branch for unified attribution, Branch Universal Ads, and deep/dynamic links, RentoMojo centralized campaign tracking, enabled easy deep-link creation and team collaboration, and aligned marketing efforts to reduce costs by 21% and optimize budget allocation. Over six months (July 2019–Jan 2020) this drove a 47% increase in attributed purchases, 52% more overall purchases, 65% higher revenue, 45% higher app user LTV, a 78% drop in fraudulent installs, and 42% increased mobile in-app revenue.
