New Look is a UK and Ireland–focused omnichannel fashion retailer that relies on its app to drive higher lifetime value from customers. Although it used web banners to promote offers, the company lacked a unified way to move users from mobile web and physical stores into the app and to measure adoption and conversions across channels.

Partnering with Branch, New Look deployed Branch’s mobile linking platform and web-to-app Journeys smart banners (notably an “APP FLASH” campaign offering an exclusive discount) and generated 400+ unique, trackable QR codes for store-by-store offline activation. The integrated solution (including Adobe Analytics alignment) produced a 113% increase in downloads, a 239% increase in app engagement, and 16k+ installs in the first month.
