Max Fashion, a flagship brand under the Landmark Group, wanted a better way to drive app adoption and offline-to-online engagement across its 650-store footprint. Its earlier one-size-fits-all QR code setup made it impossible to track individual store or employee performance, leaving staff with little incentive and limiting visibility into customer behavior. Max Fashion partnered with Branch to solve this with mobile-optimized, trackable QR codes.

Branch implemented dynamic QR codes for more than 15,000 store employees and campaign touchpoints, including in-store activations like “Spin the Wheel.” This gave Max Fashion detailed tracking on installs, app opens, purchases, and revenue contribution, while improving the customer journey with deep links. The results were strong: QR codes drove 15% of app installs during the campaign, cut customer acquisition costs by 10%, and helped Max Fashion achieve a 92% increase in app installs and 85% growth in orders from QR code-driven installs.
