Branch implemented deep links, attribution tools, and auto-login QR codes to streamline the TV login experience and improve cross-device journeys. The result was a smoother experience for more than 2 million users, fewer login-related support issues, and better measurement across campaigns; in 2024, 57% of new subscribers and 22% of new users came from owned channels.
