Shake Shack, the fast-casual restaurant brand with more than 470 locations, wanted to accelerate app acquisition and improve the mobile guest experience as its digital presence grew. Branch helped Shake Shack guide high-intent web visitors into the app, promote limited-time offers, and use attribution data and custom exports to improve marketing efficiency. In a 2022 campaign, Branch-powered Journeys smart banners drove over 100,000 app installs, improved click-to-install performance, and users acquired through these journeys showed a higher average order value than the average digital guest.
