PUMA, the global sports brand, wanted to turn holiday mobile web traffic into app users for its 25 Days of PUMA campaign and boost revenue with app-exclusive offers. To do that, PUMA worked with Branch using Branch Journeys smart banners, aiming to create a seamless web-to-app experience without hurting the shopping journey.
Branch implemented full-page interstitial banners on PUMA’s U.S. site, with A/B testing, real-time optimization, and quick creative updates using existing assets. The campaign drove 8,000 app installs in 25 days, achieved a 4.38% view-to-click rate—more than double the average—and attributed 12% of non-paid revenue, making Branch a major driver of PUMA’s app adoption and revenue growth.
